Ballarat entertainment   place Sutton’s House of audio will be closing its doors at the conclusion of Octoberand after the business wasn’t able to renegotiate a lease with its landlord.

Sutton’s has placed around 600 songs gigs in the last three years  claimed manager Dani Fry, with 9-7 of the containing Ballarat high school college students.

Twenty part-time and full employees can lose their jobs.   Ms Fry explained staff were advised of the choice to shut Sutton’s on Sunday evening.

Ms Fry stated that the business was so healthy and doing well, but had struggled occasionally at the past that contributed to rental payments being missed. Yet all jelqing had been paid out and she regarded the business as an “exceptional tenant”  now.

She claimed the landlord’s no selection to offer you a month-to-month lease meant she was unable to reserve performers with any certainty and forced exactly the business unviable.
