That was much  higher than the prior record of $800,000 put in 2012.

Ararat Ballarat realestate sales supervisor  Brad Jensen reported the high-profile selling should help lift the entire market.

“It’s a ripper,” he also explained.

“an amount in this way can help home price ranges in Ararat (also)   it will find acknowledgement from outoftown consumers.

“Overall, it will soon be helpful for the town to own home prices moving up plus it’ll filter down in to the reduce end of the market. ”

“Ararat’s market is really balanced in the present time.

“you can find plenty of out-of-town buyers investing since the market is so   high priced in Melbourne.

“The economy is moving well in contrast to additional locations. You will find no vacant shops in the most important road. ”
